If it happened once, I’d let it go, but every time I go into that store, the employees just do NOT know what good customer service is.
I abhor bad customer service. The only reason I go there anymore is to get their pizza (and the burgers are good, too). However, their customer service absolutely sucks.
Good Pizza, gas, beverages, food, snacks, smokes, cell phone acc, lotto, and public bathroom. For a General Store in my opinion i would say that they have it pretty well covered. Oh ya and an on site ATM.

They have really nice people that works there and there food is the best.
I'm rating mostly for the pizza. It's always good and reasonably priced. Unless you decide to do half and half. You get charged full amount no matter if one half is just cheese and the other is a specialty. It'd be great if they didn't do that.
Great pizza and the employees are very friendly and attentive. I come from out of town to visit family and Casey's Pizza has never disappointed!
They need serious training on how to treat customers: Simple things, like an acknowledgement that they’ll be right with them, rather than keep their head down and ignore the 8 people in line while a till is counted. Worse, help the other cashier and STILL not say anything. Or keep a customer waiting for 5 minutes while you talk to your coworker about your weekend (again while totally ignoring the customer). I could go on, but you get the gist.
