Ordered on-line on Sunday for Tuesday morning funeral. They waited until 3:45 Monday to call and tell me they won't deliver 15 miles away, so we have to call another flower shop closer! Called another shop immediately and it was too late, the church is closed at 3:30 and they can't deliver any more today for tomorrow morning. And visitation is at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday so they aren't allowed to deliver any more in the morning. This shop could have reviewed their orders EARLIER IN THE DAY and let me know. POOR SERVICE, person who called was NOT really sorry or helpful. DON'T EVER USE THEM - EVER. NEGATIVE 1 SCORE
